Works only when you enable location and files access. You can deny access to make phone calls, not sure why the app would need to use that.... Update: App kind of works but Google Home control via Smartlife but it has lost control of the radiator and just reads the current and target temperature set by the EEPC app. The company website is gone leading me to believe this product will not get any further support. The expensive smart radiator I have is looking a lot like ewaste now.
Its works on my iphone 7 first but i can't download it on my iphone 8 but works on Samsung galaxy 8 would not recommend and they should tell people to let them know
does not work...fail...will prob return radiator too...very disappointing...
The app is a waste of time its not been updated but over 2 years I tried turning the radiator on by the app and it just turns it off straight away there is no customer support for these radiators or the app waste of time of buying them i should have gone for a different make I might have more support then
Cannot get the app to connect nor the radiator to flash the wifi sign quickly. Useless app
App refuses to let you log in or register, and - for some reason - requests access to your photos and calls. Very disappointing.
I cant connect to wifi i have tried everything i can i require help
Simply does not work bought the radiators mainly for the remote control aspect, have tried other apps and no luck either , I am tech savvy and have wasted hours on this, have emailed eepc but no reply more than a bit peeved!!!
app was great i had no problems with it untill a couple of days ago now i can not control my radiator wiyh it its stuck on the same temperature
successfully could connect my radiator to the app but when trying to scan the QR code the app crashes. So the just works as informative.
